Why we do this.

Most great small businesses were built by someone who bet on themselves. We admire that. We believe in the independence that comes from owning something you built, and we believe the people who took that risk deserve to be paid well when it’s time to move on. Too often they aren’t. Owner-led businesses sell at a discount, or not at all, not because the business is weak, but because buyers can’t see past the owner. Turnovas exists to change that. We bring executive experience from large-scale retail and e-commerce operations, enterprise leadership and operational improvement, and we put it to work for owners who have never had access to it. We help them scale, build a team that runs without them, and go to market with a business buyers compete for. When an owner gets the exit they earned, their people keep their jobs, the next owner inherits something strong, and the business keeps serving its community.
