What we collect

When you apply through “What’s your business worth?”, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number and company, your answers (industry, revenue range, annual profit, years in business, employees, revenue trend, customer concentration, repeat revenue, your role, sale timeline, decision-making, financials and time), any note you add, and the what-if settings you choose after you apply.

The Quick Valuation Calculator on the home page runs in your browser. The figures you type are not sent to us unless you ask us to email you the estimate (we then receive your email address, industry and annual profit) or you carry them into the application.

We also keep what you send through our other forms: newsletter and workshop waitlist sign-ups (your email address), referrals (your name, firm, email and the business you refer) and careers interest (your name, email, LinkedIn profile, role of interest and note).

If you use the chat assistant, your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, to review applications and judge whether an engagement may be a fit, to send the emails you ask for, and to send Sale-Ready Insights if you subscribe. We do not sell your information.

Who processes it

Form submissions are stored in our database (Supabase) and delivered by email through our email provider (SendGrid or Resend). Chat replies are generated by Anthropic. The site is hosted on Vercel.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time, or unsubscribe from Sale-Ready Insights, by emailing hello@turnovas.com.
